hard gainers diary
i ve been weight training 3 months and established that iam a relatively hard gainer
i just use dumbells and do just basic lifts,
bent over rows
shoulder press
also i bike ride a bit (no shaping exercises)

skate-pains
skate-pains
learnt to axel-stall, on the kicker..then when i wanted to do it on the mini-ramp i jus kept bailing. I eventually managed it but got tired and had another monumental crash..even with pads it hurt!! day off today, girlfriend is moaning.

late-skater diary

been skateboarding for six months now..im 41
this is my diary as of today.
have learnt to skate into the kicker and ride up it and over the top
i was skating fakie off the vert ramp & Jesus!! did i fall and clicked my shoulder
i thought i`d broken collar bone! but hey .. u just get up, brush yourself off and continue!
